We are looking for a HR Executive who will be responsible for providing HR support for the full spectrum of HR functions in the areas of compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and retention.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support for Singapore-based factories, covering all aspects of human resource including compensation & benefits, recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
• Participate and support the implementation of HR initiatives / projects.
• Prepare and analyze reports on HR metrics, recruitment, headcount and attrition rates.
• Collaborate with functional group leaders and the HR team to prepare various reports and presentation materials as required.
• Ensure HR operations adhere to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Provide advice to employees and management on HR policies and best practices.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues promptly.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience (preferably in manufacturing environment)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and coordinating skills, able to work independently, multi-task and is resourceful.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
