We are looking for a HR Executive who will be responsible for providing HR support for the full spectrum of HR functions in the areas of compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Responsible for providing comprehensive HR support for Singapore-based factories, covering all aspects of human resource including compensation & benefits, recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
- Participate and support the implementation of HR initiatives / projects.
- Prepare and analyze reports on HR metrics, recruitment, headcount and attrition rates.
- Collaborate with functional group leaders and the HR team to prepare various reports and presentation materials as required.
- Ensure HR operations adhere to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Provide advice to employees and management on HR policies and best practices.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues promptly.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience (preferably in manufacturing environment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and coordinating skills, able to work independently, multi-task and is resourceful.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
