Project Manager - IT Infrastructure

• Delivering premium in-house banking applications

We're looking for innovative and agile professionals to help meet the evolving technological challenges of the financial industry.

We are seeking a Senior Project Management - Service Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and drive complex, high-impact IT programs across APAC and EMEA. This role sits within a dynamic, multicultural environment and plays a key part in aligning project delivery with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of IT projects, prioritizing based on business needs
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, providing strategic oversight
• Establish governance frameworks and stakeholder engagement models
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, time, budget, and quality
• Monitor KPIs, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Continuously improve project management methodologies and tools
• Act as a key escalation point and ensure effective communication with sponsors and stakeholders

Requirements

Experience & Leadership

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, ideally in a corporate or investment banking environment
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage complex issues and communicate effectively across all levels

Functional Expertise

• Deep understanding of project lifecycle management and governance
• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure components
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Technical Skills

• Experience with IT architecture in banking
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (e.g., Windows, Linux, VMware, Kubernetes, SAN, Middleware)
• Exposure to DevOps, Cloud, cybersecurity, and regulatory projects
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
