Full Stack Software Engineer at Truework
- Join a small, core engineering team responsible for building and maintaining the main product and platform.
- Take significant ownership and responsibility, including leading projects and collaborating with product managers on feature definition and implementation.
- Work primarily on backend development, with opportunities for full stack contributions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, sales, marketing, and support teams to understand business goals and deliver solutions.
- Design, code, test, maintain, and integrate backend systems, especially using Python/Django.
- Contribute to daily engineering activities such as strategy discussions, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Take ownership of project outcomes, managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables independently.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Must have 5+ years of full stack engineering experience, with strong backend skills (Python/Django), and proficiency in React and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST APIs and SCRUD programming required.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
