Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.

QUALIFICATION

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Deep analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Strong human relations and communication skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to use MS Office, Jira applications very well
• Analytical and prone to teamwork
• Highly motivated and result oriented
• Ability to actively research & analyze

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Leading ideation, validation, and launch of growth experiments working with design and technology teams to build product features
• Building and managing the growth product roadmap; setting goals and tracking deliverables
• Defining and crafting the user experience from landing to conversion
• Preparing roadmap of product enhancements within the comparison ecosystem
• Identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis
• Conducting customer interviews and user testing
• Working with UX/UI to design an amazing customer experience
• Defining, understanding , and improving key growth funnels and metrics
• Defining and analyzing KPIs to measure the success of growth initiatives and along with advocating for areas of future investment
• Translating growth initiatives into financial P&L forecasting and performance tracking
