Digital Project Manager, Web projects
Remote

Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and collaborative Senior, Project Manager, Digital to join our Product Marketing team. In this role, you'll drive the execution of digital projects across our wbsite and affiliated web properties, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with our brand, marketing, and business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has hands-on experience with web development processes, CMS platforms, and cross-functional team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of digital projects including site updates, campaign launches, landing pages, and feature enhancements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI design, content, development, SEO, analytics, and localization.
Manage project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Maintain clear documentation and status reporting, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and blockers.
Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, tooling, and workflows.
Ensure QA, accessibility, and performance standards are met before deployments.
Work with our CMS and digital asset management systems to support web content delivery.
Partner with internal marketing and product teams to align digital experiences with strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
Strong understanding of website production workflows, content management systems (e.g., AEM, Drupal, WordPress), and front-end technologies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms.
Understanding of SEO, web analytics, UX principles, and responsive design.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a large-scale enterprise or global organization.
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP is a plus.
Knowledge of our products or ecosystem is a strong advantage.
