Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a design student or recent graduate looking to build experience in a hands-on, dynamic environment. As a UI/UX Intern at MyChek, you’ll work closely with our product and development teams to help shape user experiences, contribute to design projects, and enhance our app’s usability and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to create intuitive, user-centered designs.
• Conduct research and analysis on current UI/UX trends to help improve MyChek’s user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with MyChek’s brand identity.
• Work on creating seamless interactions and interfaces that prioritize ease of use and accessibility.
• Assist with user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Create design assets and documentation to ensure smooth communication with developers and stakeholders.
• Support various stages of the design process, from concept development to final implementation.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, with an emphasis on mobile app or web design.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and usability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
