Urgent requirement for Infrastructure Engineer(Citrix, Veeam Replication, and Nutanix) for our banking client in Oman

Overview

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Citrix, Veeam Replication, and Nutanix to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions while specializing in Citrix virtualization, Veeam replication for data protection, and Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Citrix Virtualization:

Designed, implemented, and managed Citrix virtualization solutions to provide efficient and secure access to applications and desktops.

Troubleshoot and optimize Citrix environments for performance and user experience.

Veeam Replication

Implement and manage Veeam Replication solutions for data backup, replication, and disaster recovery.

Ensure the integrity and availability of critical data through regular testing and maintenance of Veeam configurations.

Nutanix Hyper-Converged Infrastructure

Designed, deployed, and maintained Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure for streamlined computing and storage management.

Collaborate with teams to optimize Nutanix clusters for performance and scalability.

Infrastructure Design And Implementation

Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with business requirements.

Ensure seamless integration of Citrix, Veeam Replication, and Nutanix components into the overall infrastructure architecture.

System Administration

Administer and troubleshoot servers, storage, and networking components, focusing on Citrix, Veeam, and Nutanix environments.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Cloud Services Management (Optional)

If applicable, manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure components related to Citrix, Veeam, and Nutanix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Citrix, Veeam Replication, and Nutanix.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix virtualization technologies, Veeam Replication, and Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure.
• Experience in scripting and automation tools for Citrix, Veeam, and Nutanix environments.
• Familiarity with security best practices for Citrix, Veeam, and Nutanix configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications in Citrix (e.g., Citrix Certified Professional), Veeam (e.g., Veeam Certified Engineer), and Nutanix (e.g., Nutanix Certified Professional).
• Additional certifications in relevant technologies, such as Microsoft or VMware.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
