Key Responsibilities

Launch Phase:

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the trading system's performance and stability
• Evaluate matching engine reliability and order execution quality
• Identify weak points and propose improvements to the trading infrastructure
• Define a roadmap for stabilizing spot trading performance and scaling the system
  
  

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the development of both Spot and Futures trading products
• Drive implementation of new order types within the Spot trading module
• Continuously optimize system latency and request processing times; improve overall throughput (RPS)
• Refine and structure trading data to enable accurate calculation of user Trading PnL
• Ensure seamless trading functionality through Public API access for all external users
• Define and monitor trading-related KPIs (execution speed, fill rate, uptime, etc.)
• Work closely with liquidity and market-making teams to support internal and external liquidity needs
  
  

Futures Trading (Expansion Track):

• Define product vision and roadmap for Perpetual and Expiring Futures trading
• Collaborate with quant and risk teams to design risk engine mechanics (margin, funding rate, liquidation)
• Lead the specification and rollout of features like leverage controls, cross- and isolated margin, and funding payment logic
• Ensure Futures product meets institutional-grade performance and risk standards
• Benchmark against leading competitors and prioritize differentiated features for traders
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in crypto, fintech, or capital markets
• Deep understanding of Spot and Futures trading mechanics and user workflows
• Familiarity with matching engines, market data pipelines, and real-time order processing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed product decisions
• Experience working with WebSocket/REST APIs and backend systems
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills — you'll be working with engineers, designers, quants, and business stakeholders
