Panel Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Panel Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our first party mobile panel, overseeing panel projects, and leveraging data analytical skills to enhance our panel operations. The ideal candidate is a self-managed problem-solver with a passion for audiences, data and a knack for project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Panel Management:
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of panel members.
• Ensure the panel is representative and diverse, meeting the necessary demographic and behavioral criteria.
• Monitor panel performance and engagement, implementing strategies to maintain high participation rates.
• Panel Support:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for panel members, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and training materials for panel members.
• Work with the wider Apptopia team to identify areas of improvements.
• Project Management:
• Plan, execute, and oversee panel-related projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Data Analysis:
• Utilize data analytical skills to analyze panel data, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Generate regular reports on panel performance, engagement, and other KPIs.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to enhance panel operations and drive business decisions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in panel or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the mobile app industry or with mobile data analytics.
• Familiarity with survey tools and panel management software.
• A degree of proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
