Wholesale Credit & Lending (WCL) - Responsible for delivering high priority programs to simplify, digitize at scale and automate the credit and lending journey. C&L is mainly responsible about loan solutions for global clients (mostly global corporations). Use lending and credit solutions to finance capital investments and business growth, and obtain working capital to improve cash flow, or manage day-to-day expenses more effectively.

To sum up, the team works on a platform that will help to modify cases for relationship manager for customers, such as loans (new loans, decreasing/increasing existing ones). This is an intelligent system analyzing if customer can automatically be granted with the product. The project started almost 5 years back. It's main purpose is to replace an old system with a new one.

Support global deployment of various Wholesale Credit and Lending initiatives, MINT Team is structured to provide support across geographies/time zones and different credit risk domain areas.

Project Managers will engage with Market Change Leads, to devise and execute project plans for the deployment and adoption, whereas Business Analysts will be working closely with Product Owners and Delivery Teams, to understand and assess change impact on operating models.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Scope Definition: Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Creating detailed project plans to guide execution and control.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicating regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, to report on progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed. Building and maintaining strong relationships across departments.
• Team Coordination: Leading cross-functional teams by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring collaboration. A Project Manager might also facilitate meetings, remove roadblocks, and help maintain focus on project goals.
• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Managing project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and addressing any budgetary concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential project risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. This may involve creating contingency plans to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.
