Project Manager - New Product Introduction

REMOTE (1x month Poznań office / Kleinheubach, DE)

Tasks

• Agile project work
• Project management of launch and relaunch projects (development and market launch)
• Creating the project charter and timeline in coordination with the interfaces involved Project controlling
• Scheduling of sprints
• Coordinating all process steps and milestones, as well as following up and requesting the necessary individual contributions
• Project documentation and regular reporting on project status.
• Communication and coordination with external service providers for projects
• You can organize and moderate workshops and meetings both in person and remotely
• Lead stage gate meetings to manage feasibility, launch and project lifecycles with cross-functional leadership team Identify risks and mitigation plans to avoid launch delays and lead the right escalation process accordingly
  
  

In addition:

• Supporting the rollout phase after the market launch (packaging changes and recipe changes)
• Further development of the product launch process
• Manage and collaborate with direct team and cross-functional associates
  
  

Expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required
• You are an organizational talent and have a systematic and goal-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English
• Strong project management skills including timeline development in smartsheet, MS Project or similar software, and cross-project task sequencing.
• Simplification and process improvement mindset with experience in streamlining overly complex processes
  
  

Nice to have:

• You are a strong communicator and team player and can clearly address obstacles and point out possible solutions even in difficult situations
• You are characterized by an independent and responsible way of working and you attach great importance to accuracy
• Experience in agriculture or petfood business
