About The Role

This is a permanent, full-time role offering hybrid flexibility (2 days per week in the office). You'll be a key part of a significant, business-led, tech-enabled transformation initiative focused on simplifying how value is delivered to customers. As this financial institution expands its Digital Banking presence you eill play a crucial role in building the foundational architecture and creating the world-class digital experiences their customers rely on daily. We're looking for someone with a passion for clean, scalable code and the drive to guide and mentor others.

What You'll Do & What We're Looking For

We're seeking a hands-on Senior .NET Engineer who is ready to take on technical challenges and grow into a leadership capacity. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Developing enterprise-level desktop and mobile applications that scale to millions of users.
• Applying your deep expertise in .NET (C#, WCF, MVC, APIs) to build robust and efficient solutions.
• Working with modern front-end tools like React, HTML, CSS, and NodeJS to craft intuitive user interfaces.
• Leveraging your solid understanding of both relational (T-SQL) and non-relational databases.
• Operating effectively within Agile delivery methodologies, designing RESTful APIs, and utilizing CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins) to ensure seamless deployments.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, applying strong problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrating a passion for writing clean, high-quality, and scalable code that forms the backbone of digital platforms.
• Showing initiative and potential to lead and mentor junior developers, contributing to team growth and best practices.
