Who Will You Work With:

Our client is a prominent player in the technology sector, working with cutting-edge networking solutions across Europe. As a Network Support Engineer, you'll support installations, configurations, and maintenance to ensure seamless networking operations and optimal customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting switches and servers, providing technical consultation, and maintaining high-quality service processes. You'll have the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid setup in Warsaw, Poland, with some short-term travel across Europe as needed. This is a 12-month B2B contract with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network switches and servers.
• Deliver expert technical consultation and solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Travel within Europe for short-term business trips when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service processes and quality.
• Write and maintain technical documents and operation manuals.
• Conduct technical and service-related training for customers and channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in network support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining switches and servers.
• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) and/or Huawei certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in Polish and English; German and Chinese proficiency is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
