About the Role

As a key member of our remote team, you’ll play an integral role in shaping our talent brand and digital recruitment strategies. This opportunity allows you to operate in a performance-based structure where you can leverage your existing HR and marketing skills in a flexible, fully remote environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic talent marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Write compelling, keyword-rich job advertisements to attract aligned talent
• Implement digital outreach and advertising strategies using social media and job boards
• Conduct initial discovery interviews to identify talent alignment
• Collaborate with team leads to understand role requirements and cultural fit
• Monitor campaign analytics and continuously refine strategies for optimal reach
  

What We're Looking For?

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
• Strong copywriting ability and familiarity with SEO/keyword optimisation
• Confidence working with digital tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, ATS, etc.)
• A keen eye for branding, detail, and the ability to create compelling narratives
• A proactive mindset and ability to work independently with purpose
• A strong interest in personal growth, mindset development, and leadership
