As a Mid-level Data Analyst, you will support our advertising platform's success through data analysis and reporting.

You will work with the team to extract insights from campaign data and contribute to optimization efforts.

Tasks:

• Independently conduct routine analyses and create regular reports
• Gradually take on more complex analytical challenges
• Take initiative in spotting data anomalies and investigating issues
• Create and maintain regular performance reports
• Assist in implementing A/B tests and analyzing results
• Monitor key metrics and flag anomalies
• Support dashboard development and maintenance
• Collaborate with team members on data analysis projects
• Help optimize ad targeting and bidding strategies
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard creation
• Understanding of ad tech metrics and digital advertising
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing
• Ability to communicate findings clearly
• Build and maintain dashboards with increasing autonomy
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks independently
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and data tools (Databricks, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
