SSr. UX / UI Designer

You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, and Design to conceptualize original design ideas. You should be able to translate both company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications, ensuring a great user experience and effective communication.

Top Responsibilities:

•Produces clear UX documentation, including sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.

•Iterates rapidly as ideas emerge and priorities change to meet project needs.

•Conducts research, testing, and design iterations to validate designs and improve the user experience.

•Works with business leads and producers to understand the creative needs and scope of each project.

•Creates wireframes and prototypes focused on solving various business problems.

•Provides pixel-perfect static and interactive mockups.

•Contributes to the design and maintenance of a comprehensive visual framework to ensure consistent aesthetics.

•Collaborates closely with other cross-functional teams, such as UI, Marketing, Engineering, and QA.

•Provides feedback to external agencies, clients, or contractors.

•Ensures brand consistency across digital and non-digital formats by applying stablished visual guidelines.

•Adapts layouts and visuals to multiple formats and channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, print) for both internal and external communication.

Technical skills requirements

•+5 years of related design experience

•3-5+ years of experience in UX & UI design with a focus on designing either E-Commerce, Marketplace or Auction based products & features

•Excellent visual design skills, including the use of color, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchies.

•Experience in interaction design, usability, information architecture, and

•mobile development.

•Experience working with and contributing to a Design System.

•Proficient in Adobe Suite.

•Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Xd.

•Ability to work in an agile development environment.

•Experience with ticket management and collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence.

Optional requirements

•Experience in UX writing or crafting clear, concise microcopy for interfaces.

•Skills in motion design or animation (using After Effects or similar tools).

•Ability to design for accessibility and inclusion, including WCAG compliance, color contrast, and related standars.
