What You’ll Do

As a Project Management Intern, you’ll work directly with our Technical Project Manager and delivery team to help coordinate, document, and improve how we deliver digital projects and improve our processes. You’ll gain firsthand experience supporting real client work while learning how digital teams operate and how great projects are delivered.

Key tasks include:

• Supporting internal project coordination and task tracking
• Preparing ClickUp task boards, project checklists, and meeting summaries
• Testing real websites, web-applications and apps for bugs, edge cases, and user experience issues
• Assisting with quality assurance processes and documenting findings
• Communicating clearly with developers and project managers
• Helping keep delivery workflows smooth and organized

What You Need

• Ability to work on-site in Tallinn (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational mindset
• Curiosity about websites, teams, and how digital work gets delivered
• Clear communication in both written and verbal formats
• Bonus: basic understanding of Programming,WordPress, QA, HTML/CSS, or any other project management software

Compensation

• Unpaid internship for 3 months
• Includes structured mentorship and weekly feedback
