Join us as a Site Reliability Engineer in Helsinki. You will be part of the Storage SRE team, which delivers scalable, reliable, and secure storage solutions that support RELEX's private cloud infrastructure, with a main focus on Object Storage and Centralized NFS services. Currently, the storage platform covers over 10PB of high-performance object storage, meeting the tight requirements of RELEX applications.

What you will be doing:

• Plan, design, and apply changes on architectural and configuration levels to our storage solutions
• Oversee and automate routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and safe code/infrastructure-as-code deployments
• Implement and refine monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with internal and external teams (hardware vendors, customers), enabling smooth operation of our storage solution from all angles
  
  

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Good English proficiency, both verbal and written
• Basic Linux administration and networking skills
• Experience of coding in any programming language (e.g., Python, Go) and bash scripting
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
• Interest in working with storage solutions
  
  

What we consider an advantage:

• Earlier knowledge of centralized storage solutions and object storage solutions
• Extra points if you’re familiar with NetApp solutions like StorageGrid, ONTAP, etc.
• Knowledge and experience with Public Cloud Platforms
