Junior Business Analyst

An opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join the Treasury IT team of a global finance and leasing company. This team supports a mission-critical Treasury Management System (FIS Quantum) used across 30+ countries. The role is based in Dublin with hybrid working – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Must be based a commutable distance from Dublin and have a valid right to work.

About Your New Job

• Support a major upgrade of the FIS Quantum Treasury system, including testing across UAT and parallel environments
• Work closely with experienced Treasury and IT teams to gain end-to-end system exposure
• Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and helping multiple departments (Risk, Finance, Front Office, Operations) during the system upgrade
• Maintain and validate system data, support issue resolution, and liaise with a leading global vendor
• Ideal for someone looking to move into financial systems, Treasury or Business Analysis

What Skills You Need

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
• A degree in Business, Finance, Computing or similar
• Previous experience business analysis or Treasury systems is a plus
