This is a greenfield opportunity to shape the direction of Agentic AI development from the ground up, creating intelligent, autonomous systems that make a real difference in sports club management and automation.

• Architect and deploy Agentic AI systems that plan, act, and learn autonomously across club operations.

• Define and evolve the AI/ML roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.

• Prototype and integrate agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI) to tackle real-world sports challenges.

• Work closely with product and offshore engineering teams to embed AI into the core SaaS platform.

• Analyse performance and continuously optimise AI workflows for measurable business impact.
  
  

• 2+ years working with Agentic AI, autonomous agents, or advanced LLM-based systems.

• Skilled in frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

• Proven experience building AI systems that go beyond prediction-able to adapt and self-execute.

• Strong background integrating AI into SaaS platforms or operational systems.

• Passionate about sports, community tech, or team-driven innovation (bonus if you've volunteered with a club).
