Job Title: HR Coordinator – Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist

Location: Dublin City center - Onsite

Employment Type: Permanent

Reports to: HR Manager


Overview:

We have partnered with an amazing not for profit organisaiton who are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HR Coordinator with a focus on Learning & Development (L&D) to join our HR team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills and a passion for professional development to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and administer all aspects of the Learning & Development lifecycle, including scheduling training sessions, managing attendance, booking venues/platforms, and handling feedback surveys.
  • Support the rollout of company-wide learning initiatives, both in-person and virtual (e.g., onboarding programs, compliance training, and professional development sessions).
  • Maintain and update training records and the learning management system (LMS) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and assist in sourcing external training providers when required.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials, reports, and communication related to L&D activities.
  • Monitor L&D budgets and process related invoices or purchase orders.
  • Provide administrative support for broader HR functions when required (e.g., onboarding, HR reporting).


Key Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a Learning & Development or HR coordination role (2+ years ideal).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience using an LMS or HRIS is a plus.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in employee development.
  • CIPD qualification or similar L&D/HR training desirable but not essential.
