As a Product Manager eCommerce, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work on eCommerce team as a Product Manager and play a key role in shaping Nexi’s digital payment solutions across European markets..

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Drive product evolution to meet the needs of multiple target countries in alignment with our global roadmap.
• Manage integration processes with key clients and partners, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Continuously improve product and process efficiency by proposing innovative and scalable solutions.
• Analyze business and operational needs across countries and translate them into product value.
• Monitor key KPIs and define corrective actions as needed.
• Support the enhancement of new gateway products, services, and features.
• Champion the development of impactful product features and strategic partnerships.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree
• At least 3/5 years' experience gained in online payment systems and/or e-commerce platforms and/or system integrators areas
• Preferred experience on distinctive e-Commerce services in Italy and Europe
• Preferred experience on software engineer or designer, familiarity dealing with technical topics
• Knowledge of issues related to online payments with payment methods alternative to International Circuits such as Visa and Mastercard, CMS solutions for e-Commerce.
• Knowledge related to Payment Gateways, Alternative Payment Methods (types and functionality).
• Knowledge of English language
• Autonomous, responsible, curious, innovation-ready person who helps product evolution and collaborates with the team
• Detail-oriented, quick learner person who has excellent stakeholder management skills
  
  

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with checkout UX, fraud prevention, or risk scoring
• Technical fluency (e.g., you’re comfortable discussing APIs or payment integrations)
• Worked on international markets or multi-currency platforms
• Prior experience in merchant acquiring or payment platforms
