Proxy Product Owner

Proxy Product Owner - Digital / Technology - 12 Month Contract - Dubai

Salt is working with a Dubai-based client who is going through an agile transformation and releasing new digital products to their customers in the UAE.

They require a Proxy Product Owner to lead an agile development squad to deliver new customer-centric features on both B2B and B2C apps.

Experience in successful Fintech apps, Banking apps, delivery/food apps, super apps etc is ideal for this role.

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with the Product Manager, design team and cross-functional agile teams.
• You will guide the squad to build, test and release new quality solutions.
• Work cross-functionally to gather Responsibilities, customer feedback, and communicate priorities
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Managers to understand the product vision, goals and outcomes for the squad.
• Ensure the product requirements are translated into actionable user stories and feature sets.
• manage the product backlog
• You will act as the primary point of contact for the squad during the sprint.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to drive efficient and effective delivery

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner roles
• Solid experience in Agile development and the full SDLC
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
