Human Resources Specialist

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for a Human Resources Specialist in Oslo, Norway for one of our top clients, a main actor in the European and global market.

With a large digital transformation already starting in the Group, they want to implement and integrate new complex interfaces, upgrade their systems and develop new business models.

Job description:

• Track and report all statutory and mandatory reporting like Pensions, AFP, Insurance, Union

deductions, Sick leave, other NAV benefits etc.

• Recruitment and onboarding of experienced resources and trainees.
• Handle onboarding and off-boarding of local employees.
• Perform Employee engagement -activities by taking various initiatives such as meetings, planning activities, learning initiatives, team building etc.
• Serve as Key contact for employees and managers to resolve queries on Company policies, processes and people related challenges and provide guidance on all HR related topics.
• Labor law assistance to internal employees.
• Work with HR systems and record, analyze and maintain high quality data and reports in HR TEAMS folder.
• Conduct HSE committee monthly meetings with elected representatives and provide summary and track action points.
• Perform GDPR work for local processes.
• Being involved and take initiatives in ongoing and future HR development projects such as employer branding, diversity in the workplace, learning and development, sustainability etc.
• Flexibility to perform other HR-related tasks on request like helping HR audits, CSR activities,

office events for employees etc.

• Be the responsible contact person and attend, report HR related topics to local stakeholders such as the tax authorities, employment authorities, NAV etc.

Skills required and education qualification:

• Should have a higher education degree equivalent to Graduation
• Fluent Norwegian speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Some background experience on managing different activities and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of IT and ITES industry is desirable
