Our client – DOMUMgroup is a construction and project management company based in Mougins and part of a group of premium design and architecture brands, including DESIGNSET and Minotti Cannes. They deliver high-end residential and commercial projects across the Côte d’Azur, combining excellence in execution with refined design sensibility.

Job description 

• Oversee and manage the successful delivery of construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, including internal workers and subcontractors
• Collaborate with in-house and external architects and designers to translate design intent into executable construction tasks
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and long-term work schedules
• Communicate project goals and expectations clearly to the construction team
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets
• Participate in progress meetings and report regularly to the CEO

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in construction or civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
• Proven ability to manage teams, control costs, and deliver high-end projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent in English, French, and Russian
