How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the system development of our purpose-built MES (Manufacturing Execution System), supporting end-to-end delivery and service processes.
• Be an integral part of the development team and apply state-of-the-art development methods to ensure smart and efficient implementation of new functionality.
• Drive the future of digitalization within our processes to enable automated and cost-efficient manufacturing.
• Serve as a backlog owner and release manager, overseeing updates and new features deployed directly into the production environment.
• Collaborate with business requirement owners and the global user community to define new features and contribute to continuous improvement.
  
  

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Engineering, with a strong focus on software development.
• At least 5 years of experience in software and systems development or related fields.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, VB6, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and Visual Studio
• Experience in digitalization and automation, with the ability to document and lead implementation projects.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish is required
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
