ML Developer

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge health-tech solutions aimed at transforming cancer patient access to clinical trials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop advanced machine learning models, design innovative algorithms, and analyze large datasets to drive smarter business insights. Operating within a dynamic product development environment, this position allows you to leverage your technical expertise in Python, NLP, and cloud platforms while collaborating internationally to shape impactful AI-driven healthcare products.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Research, develop, and fine-tune statistical and machine learning models for large-scale data analysis
• Design and implement algorithms to mine structured and unstructured data for actionable insights
• Validate, clean, and analyze datasets to improve model accuracy and performance
• Communicate technical findings and model outcomes effectively to AI and product teams
• Integrate new data sources and collaborate with product developers to embed analytical models into production
• Drive innovation in natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) techniques to enhance platform capabilities
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python
• Expertise in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and deploying scalable machine learning solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Experience with Python API development using popular frameworks
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Solid understanding of version control (Git) and Linux-based development environments
• Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills with experience in predictive modeling
• Ability to independently manage tasks, multitask, and maintain a proactive, can-do attitude
• Advanced English communication skills for international collaboration
• Willingness to work onsite in Kozyatagi, Istanbul at least 2-3 days per week
