Unity Game Developer (Remote Contractor)

This is a remote, full-time contractor role for a Unity Game Developer. You will collaborate with our design and product teams to build engaging and polished mobile puzzle games. You’ll be responsible for gameplay programming, implementing core features, and contributing to game design. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile gaming, fast at prototyping, and thrives in an iterative, data-informed development cycle.

Contract Details:

• Type: Independent Contractor (Freelance)
• Duration: 12 Months (with possible extension)
• Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in Turkey)
• Working Time: Full-time commitment expected (flexible schedule)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain game features using Unity and C#
• Implement gameplay mechanics and systems based on design requirements
• Collaborate with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life
• Participate in rapid prototyping and iterate based on testing and feedback
• Optimize performance across a wide range of mobile devices
• Debug, test, and fix issues as needed to maintain a high-quality player experience

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Gameplay Programming and Game Architecture
• Proficient in C#, Unity, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Solid understanding of game design principles
• Previous experience working on mobile games (ideally puzzle or casual)
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Bonus: Experience with analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven iteration
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or equivalent experience
