End Client: leading global financial services provider

Location: – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Work Schedule: Standard business hours (Exact shift timing will be communicated during the interview process)

Work Type: Hybrid – 3 days mandatory working from client’s office; 2 days remote working per week

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer with a strong foundation in mission-critical systems and blockchain-related development. The ideal candidate should bring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable blockchain-based applications and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions into enterprise platforms.
• Work with existing EVM-compatible blockchains and contribute to interoperability initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of data quality and integration in a high-availability environment.
• Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence for documentation, sprint planning, and collaboration.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT development, ideally in complex and high-availability environments.
• Solid knowledge of blockchain technologies and hands-on experience with existing blockchains (EVM-compatible preferred).
• Experience with custody/self-custody business workflows, including trade clearing, corporate actions, and reconciliations.
• Strong expertise in data integration, system integration, and data quality.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in blockchain interoperability projects.
• Understanding of basic cryptographic primitives.

Language Requirements

• No specific language mandate; English proficiency preferred for professional communication.
