Job Purpose

The Product Manager will take ownership of the product portfolio, driving innovation and leading the development of new market opportunities. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align product strategies with organizational goals, ensuring seamless execution and market success during a phase of rapid growth and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, overseeing the product portfolio to align with business objectives.
• Innovation and Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, driving product innovation to maintain a competitive edge.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide the product team, fostering alignment with business goals and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership, engineering, and other key stakeholders to influence product direction and ensure strategic alignment.
• Agile Implementation: Leverage Agile methodologies and design thinking to guide product development, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics and gather feedback to refine products, ensuring market relevance and user satisfaction.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure products adhere to Healthcare industry standards and regulations, maintaining quality and organizational integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in team management and leading cross-functional product initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, design thinking, and product strategy development.

Certifications: Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (e.g., PMP, CSPO) are advantageous.

Skills and Competencies

• Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of product strategy, design thinking, and Agile methodologies to drive innovation.
