We’re hiring for an ambitious fintech company creating blockchain infrastructure for the future of institutional finance. With real transaction volume already flowing and Tier 1 partnerships in place, they’re building a commercial team to match the momentum.

We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to support growth across traditional finance, fintech, and crypto sectors. This is a hands-on role for someone commercially sharp, curious about Web3, and ready to learn from the best.

More about the client and the role

• The company is building a smart, compliance-first Layer 1 protocol that serves the B2B finance market
• You’ll help identify and engage with key partners, platforms, and customers
• Support the business development team in research, outreach, follow-ups, and pitch preparation
• Gain exposure to cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and marketing
• This role will evolve as the business grows—plenty of room to take ownership and grow into a more senior position

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years’ experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or business development, specifically within the web3 space.
• Strong understanding of traditional finance, fintech and Web3
• Comfortable in a startup environment with fast-moving goals and changing priorities
• Great communicator, confident on email, in meetings, and when following up
• Willing to learn, get stuck in, and build a future-focused career
