Job Title: Operations & Data Analytics Executive

Job Overview:

The Senior Operations & Data Analytics Executive will be responsible for overseeing

operational efficiency, analyzing key business data, and leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance

business performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on operational

experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Logistics Management:

• Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency in logistics and vending machine

performance.

• Develop and optimize route planning for drivers to reduce downtime and maximize sales.

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure swift issue resolution and machine

maintenance.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for optimal stock

management.

• Ensure adherence to operational standards and regulatory compliance.

Data Analytics & AI Implementation:

• Analyze sales trends, machine performance, and inventory data to provide actionable

insights.

• Develop automated dashboards and reports to streamline decision-making.

• Utilize AI tools for demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, and inventory

optimization.

• Improve data collection methods to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Work with data science teams to implement machine learning models for operational

improvement.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Reporting:

• Act as a bridge between operations, technical, and management teams to align goals and

execution.

• Provide real-time performance updates and strategic recommendations based on data

insights.

• Collaborate with software engineers to develop AI-driven tools for operational efficiency.

• Present detailed operational and analytical reports to senior leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Operations Management, Computer

Science or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and data analytics, preferably in logistics

or vending industries.

• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python, or other data analysis tools.

• Experience with AI and machine learning applications in business operations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
