Associate Software Developer - React.js (CAO)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Chief Architect's Office. This role presents a unique career development path towards becoming a Solution Architect. The successful candidate will work closely with Solution Architects to develop proof-of-concept solutions, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our organization's technical landscape

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop and validate architectural patterns through proof-of-concept implementations
• Design and implement reference architectures and technical solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Participate in architecture review boards and technical design discussions
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that drive innovation while ensuring alignment with architectural principles
• Assist in creating technical documentation, including solution blueprints
• Support the development of architectural guidelines and best practices
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of full-stack development experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend architecture
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellence in technical documentation and communication
• Strategic thinking and ability to see the bigger picture
