We’re looking for a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead a transformative Data Management Program in Doha, Qatar. This role is not just about managing projects—it's about building sustainable governance frameworks, influencing cross-entity cooperation, and leading with vision and expertise in a business-side program environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✅ Program Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Governance programs across entities.
• Implement key governance artifacts (Governance Framework, RASCI, CDE Inventories, etc.).
• Ensure deliverables like maturity assessments, training plans, and sustainability models meet quality standards.
  
  

✅ Stakeholder Management

• Align leadership and entity focal points through strategic coordination.
• Lead Steering Committee and Working Group meetings.
• Resolve inter-agency issues and escalations efficiently.
  
  

✅ Team Leadership & Resource Planning

• Lead and align cross-functional internal teams and consulting partners.
• Manage SME input and resource allocation aligned to delivery milestones.
  
  

✅ Change Management & Capacity Building

• Drive training rollouts and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote adoption of data governance practices and ensure knowledge transfer.
  
  

✅ Governance, KPIs & Reporting

• Track progress via maturity models and KPIs aligned with strategy.
• Deliver regular updates, reviews, and compliance with data privacy/cybersecurity policies.
  
  

🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of Program Management experience, with 5+ years in large-scale initiatives.
• Expertise in Data Management, Data Governance, and federated models.
• Strong experience in change management, training strategy, and capacity building.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are mandatory.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution selling, and GTM strategies.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
