DevOps Production Support Engineer

Our client is looking to hire a DevOps Engineer to help them over an initial 12-month contract, to work remotely, via FOP

This role will mainly focus on DevOps responsibilities as below, but also include occasional code support (JavaScript stack), so ideally you will have a technical background, with ability to help out with coding during busy production periods.

This role requires the working hours of 3pm-11pm (Ukraine time), in order to overlap with global teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitrise and others
• Building and deploying containerized applications with Docker
• Setting up and maintaining monitoring and observability systems using Grafana and Prometheus
• Managing and automating infrastructure across GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure
• Collaborating with development and QA teams to optimize workflows and release cycles
• Driving infrastructure as code and automation practices to ensure repeatability and scalability

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Grafana / Prometheus for monitoring and alerting
• Proficient in Docker and container orchestration workflows
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Bitrise (mobile CI experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), but AWS or Azure experience is also acceptable
• Some coding ability with JavaScript stack
