Project Manager (Fully Remote)

As a trusted national network of service professionals in appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, we’re proud to launch and scale our Appliance Repair Technician Academy—a mission-driven training program for Russian-speaking individuals in the U.S. who want to start a career in the skilled trades.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead this exciting initiative. If you're organized, proactive, people-first, and passionate about helping immigrants succeed in the U.S. job market, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire technician journey, including onboarding, training coordination, progress tracking, and job placement.
• Act as the main point of contact for students, offering guidance, accountability, and support
• Organize training schedules, monitor KPIs, and streamline student success
• Ensure students have access to the tools and certifications they need
• Build and nurture a vibrant Russian-speaking technician community (events, group chats, check-ins)
• Collaborate with internal teams to connect graduates with jobs across the Home Alliance network
• Continuously identify ways to improve the program experience and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Russian & English (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, workforce development, education, or operations
• Familiarity with the needs of immigrant communities in the U.S.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Self-starter who’s results-oriented and empathetic
• Experience with vocational training or CRM/project tools is a plus
• Bonus: knowledge of the appliance repair or home services industry
