Golang Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Golang and solid experience working with AWS cloud services. A working knowledge of Java and C# is required to support cross-platform systems and legacy integration. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on building scalable, high-performance applications in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services primarily using Golang
• Build scalable APIs and microservices hosted on AWS
• Work with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Golang development
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Proficient in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and gRPC services
• Familiarity with Java and C# for maintaining or migrating legacy services
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
