As a key member of our Quest-to-Earn platform, you will work at the intersection of product, operations, and growth, ensuring smooth execution of offers, improving our research processes, and supporting platform success.

This role requires a mix of analytical, operational, and technical curiosity. If you're comfortable learning quickly, working cross-functionally, and supporting product decisions with operational execution, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Offer Analysis & Management

• Review available affiliate offers from different vendors to identify the most suitable options for our user base.


• Compare offers using internal dashboards to find the highest value and best user fit.


• Use admin dashboards to publish or disable offers with attention to data accuracy and backend logic.

Offerwall Operations & Vendor Monitoring

• Regularly monitor vendor dashboards to identify high or low-performing offers.


• Enable or disable offers on our offerwall based on performance insights.

Competitor Analysis & Research

• Review competitor analysis reports prepared by the internal team.


• Explore competitor platforms and social channels to identify high-performing offers.

Educational Content Management

• Support the preparation and management of educational content for users on our offerwall.

User Behavior Analysis

• Check user metrics and behavioral patterns across segments and cohorts to share insights with the team.

We seek a team member who feels comfortable working remotely and in English in an international environment with a self-driven “Get stuff done” mindset.

• Basic technical proficiency and willingness to learn how backend systems and admin dashboards work.


• Attention to detail for comparing offer data and publishing updates accurately.


• Analytical mindset to interpret user behavior and offer performance data.


• Motivation to explore competitor trends and improve our offerwall operations.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
