Job Description

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and HR Drive
  • Administer HR documentation, including probation letters and personnel changes
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support annual performance appraisal and probation review processes
  • Respond to general HR queries, escalating complex issues when necessary

Learning And Development & Employee Engagement And Event Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external training programmes
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Support training needs identification and evaluation
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal events
  • Support internal communications for company activities
  • Collect and analyse feedback from engagement activities

General Support

  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as directed
  • Contribute to fostering a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with Sika policies and relevant employment legislation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar role, with exposure to learning & development and employee engagement and event coordination.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and LMS platforms (specific system experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Rise Up is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation.
