What You'll Do:

✔️ Analyze complex bioprocess data using Python and statistical modeling

✔️ Apply DOE, regression, ANOVA, and advanced math to real-world biotech challenges

✔️ Collaborate with industry leaders to develop, validate, and manufacture novel biologics

✔️ Design efficient experiments to accelerate R&D timelines

✔️ Present actionable insights to stakeholders with clarity and confidence

✔️ Explore and introduce cutting-edge tools, from AI to digital twins

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 MSc or PhD in Biostatistics, Data Science, Biotech, or Bioprocess Engineering

🔹 Strong experience with Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.)

🔹 Familiarity with JMP, Minitab, or other statistical tools is a plus

🔹 A passion for innovation and solving complex scientific problems

🔹 Business-level English (German a bonus!)

🔹 A proactive, collaborative mindset – you’ll be working with some of the best in the field!
