Agile Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional digital transformation projects.
• Drive concept and scope definitions and feature design by involving subject matter experts.
• Translate functional requirements into user stories and determine technical specifications and tasks for software developers.
• Closely collaborate with a global digital development team and with stakeholders in all functions to drive digital transformation by implementing sustainable solutions.
• Support established product owners in maintaining a healthy well prioritized backlog.
• Contribute to delivery of our software releases organized and executed in scrum teams.
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to project stakeholders on all organizational levels.
• Coordinate resolution of Level 3 support tickets for digital solutions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and workflows.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, International Business, Engineering or related
• Passionate about software development and Digitalization
• Basic understanding and first insights in agile software development
• Experience in project management with global and virtual teams
• Fundamental knowledge of business needs and high learning capability to understand business processes with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability of articulating specific technical topics or assignments
• Strong team player, inclusive & open-minded approach, high say/do ratio, strong interpersonal skillset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
