Project Overview

You’ll be embedded in the client's Operational Excellence team, working on projects like:

• Building live dashboards to monitor machine performance and downtime
• Supporting predictive quality analytics to reduce scrap and rework
• Analyzing supply chain data to spot inefficiencies and delays
• Designing KPI frameworks to track improvements across production lines

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders in operations, engineering, and supply chain to gather requirements and define KPIs
• Analyze complex datasets from ERP, MES, and IoT systems to deliver actionable insights
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support day-to-day and strategic decisions
• Run ad hoc deep-dives into production performance, yield losses, and bottlenecks
• Help shape data governance and improve the quality and structure of reporting datasets
• Support the integration of new data sources as part of ongoing digitization efforts

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Solid experience with Power BI, SQL, and Excel; familiarity with Python or DAX is a plus
• Strong understanding of production and supply chain processes
• Able to translate business needs into clear reporting logic and visual storytelling
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch (required)
