Join a dynamic and global team as an HR Representative based in France. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in French employment law, employee relations, and work council management to a high-impact role supporting both local and global HR initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to employees and leaders, providing operational and strategic support
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, including updates and impact assessments
• Lead and manage employee relations, disciplinary cases, and performance management
• Represent the company in CSE (work council) interactions and formal consultations
• Support HR programs in coordination with global teams (Legal, Payroll, Global Mobility)
• Drive initiatives related to engagement, DEI, and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to local integration efforts for M&A and organizational changes

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on the French market
• Strong expertise in French labor law and HR compliance
• Proven track record managing CSE processes and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
• Experience in a global/matrixed company, ideally US-based
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle HRMS a plus
• Fluent in French and English
