Investment Analyst - Real Assets

We are working with a global real asset investment firm to hire an Investment Analyst to join their Dublin based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to build a long-term career in real assets investing within a lean, high-performing team.

Responsibilities of the Investment Analyst role:

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Support end to end transaction processes including due diligence and execution
• Conduct market, sector, and asset-level research to support investment decisions
• Prepare investment memos and support portfolio monitoring activities

Requirements of the Investment Analyst role:

• 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or similar
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Interest in real assets, infrastructure, and long-term investing
