Transformation Project Manager

What you'll be working on
In this dynamic and international role, you will lead the delivery of strategic transformation projects, including IT infrastructure upgrades, digital workplace initiatives, and regulatory-driven programs. You'll manage projects from initiation to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams, IT providers, and headquarters stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Fluency in French and English
• Around 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in complex, cross-functional environments
• APM qualification(PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or strong hands-on experience
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end transformation projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Strong stakeholder engagement, risk management, and budget oversight skills
