Business Analyst in Quantexa Foundation Squad, Monitoring and Screening Tribe

Join the Monitoring & Screening Tribe, whose goal is to prevent Financial Crime by enabling group-wide screening and monitoring to secure regulatory compliance and a frictionless customer experience. We support the entire group and play a central role in Danske Bank’s financial crime prevention within Anti Money Laundering and Counterterrorist financing. Currently, we are looking for a motivated and creative team member for our Quantexa Foundation squad who would contribute by bridging the gap between IT and business. The squad‘s main responsibility is sourcing data that is needed for financial crime prevention solutions.

You will:

• Help convey technical requirements and changes into business language to communicate with stakeholders
• View, verify, update, and maintain technical documentation on Confluence
• Help build a comprehensive Quantexa dashboard that conveys, e.g. Data Quality and Data Lineage, ETL Runtime metrics, open vs closed vulnerabilities
• Identify manual processes that could be automated.
• Engage directly in Unit Testing and Functional Testing activities
• Support Product Owner in backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, agile ceremonies facilitation, etc
  
  

About you:

Self-driven and proactive:

• A proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently
• Advanced skills in English
  
  

Technically Proficient:

• Knowledgeable in data management tools: Familiarity with building dashboards that convey key metrics, including data quality and lineage
• Understanding of automation processes: Ability to identify and document manual processes for potential automation
  
  

Experienced in business analysis:

• Able to translate technical changes and requirements into accessible language for stakeholders
• Capable of viewing, verifying, updating, and maintaining technical documentation effectively
  
  

Skilled in testing and quality assurance:

• Hands-on experience with unit testing and functional testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Strong capability to interpret data and provide insights through monitoring dashboards and analytical tools
  
  

Aware of cloud technologies:

• Experience in tech-heavy and cloud-first environments, with a focus on AWS resources

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
