Solid experience in product design and user research Strong facilitation and coaching skills for cross-functional teams. Skilled in stakeholder management and getting people on board with your ideas Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments. Experience running continuous research and feedback processesSkilled in user-centered design tools and frameworksFamiliarity with Opportunity Solution Trees (OSTs)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsLiving in the Netherlands, fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and writtenKeen to coach junior product designers and support their growth in craft Freelance. .Full time-Onsite2.Amsterdam 3. Dutch Speaking is must . You should be able to clearly show your work in product design, UX, and design thinking.Co-facilitating continuous discoverySet up and lead ongoing user research. Use feedback loops to uncover insights, shape product direction, and improve iteratively within agile teams.Coach and facilitation(Co)lead workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions. Coach cross-functional teams in user-centered design. Experience with Continuous Discovery habits is a big plus. You?re also comfortable guiding less-experienced product designers and sharing the tricks of the trade.Champion user-centered designConduct user research, utilizing empathy mapping, journey mapping, and personas to guide design decisions.Collaborate and communicationCollaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to deliver impactful solutions. Share insights and guide teams through the design process.Think strategicallyBalance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to ensure product design delivers measurable outcomes.
