What would be your role?

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences from concept to high-fidelity UI for our core products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers in a cross-functional team.
• Prototype and test design solutions to validate ideas and refine user flows.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Translate complex AI-driven insights into clear, usable interfaces.
• Ensure smooth handoff to development with clear specs and close implementation support.

What we are ideally looking for

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio.
• Skilled in Figma and user-centered design practices.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to design data-heavy or AI-driven experiences with clarity and usability.
• Bonus: Background in startups or B2B intelligence platforms.

The salary range for this position is €20,000 - €35,000 Annual Gross + Benefits
