Senior Game Producer

We have an opening for an experienced and versatile game producer who’s ready to take on the challenge of overseeing multiple mobile game projects. If you can back up your love of gaming with the organizational and leadership skills required to deliver a polished product on time and on budget, then you’re exactly the kind of person we want to hear from.

In this role you will

• Produce and deliver games on time and to the highest possible standard.
• Motivate and engage the team throughout the entire game development process.
• Oversee the development and creation of free-to-play and In-App Purchase (IAP) based game products from concept through to implementation and post-launch updates.
• Ensure that the team remains focused on the vision and plan for each of the games.
• Work directly with game designers, software engineers, and game artists to ensure that the games are on the right path.
• Operate effective schedules to balance business objectives and resource constraints.
• Maintain an accurate, detailed, and up-to-date project plan.
• Drive the overall quality of games, working closely with the product team and lead game designers.

Your experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in Game production, with at least 2 years in a senior Producer role.
• Proven track record delivering Mobile games from Concept phase to Global launch.
• Knowledge of freemium/free-to-play (F2P) games.
• Experience with multiple game mechanics and platforms (i.e. mobile, social, casual).
• Knowledge of game production pipeline, processes, and tools (Jira/Trello/Confluence).
