Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy delta‑one market‑making strategies.
• Mine and model large, high‑frequency data sets; build predictive forecasts.
• Work hands‑on with low‑latency trading systems to minimise execution slippage.
• Contribute to strategy research discussions and code reviews within a small, highly technical team.

Requirements

• 3+ years building or trading delta‑one market‑making strategies.
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of forecasting, data‑mining techniques, and market microstructure.
• Strong programming skills (any language); experience with Rust is a plus.
• Familiarity with low‑latency trading infrastructure.
• Excellent quantitative reasoning and statistical inference abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team‑first attitude.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
